Today's my 29th birthday and the final day of the first 12 week phase of my Abs Diet Workout. I've finally posted pictures today. I'm not sure I can tell much difference from the photos, but in real life I can really tell there's been a change in my body and my health. There's been a lot of muscle development, but it's still hiding under a layer of fat, but it will sure to be revealed in a matter of time. I'm looking forward to the next 12 week challenge and I think I'll see a lot better results from that phase.I feel that I've accomplished a lot in this abs diet program so far. Perhaps I'll refect more on it later.
Today's Abs Diet Workout:
Warm Up
Total Body Circuit Training, 45 Min.
Abs and stretching, 10 min
Today's Abs Diet Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, skim milk and a dribble of honey
2. Apple & String Cheese
2. Turkey sandwich on wheat w/spinach, cheese, handful of almonds

Happy birthday -- go get some cake and ice cream, you've earned it these past 12 weeks. I think the photos do show change, but how you feel is really the most important. Your posture in the middle photos tells this story. You've taken control of this part of your life and with consistent and gradually increasing effort, you've changed for the better. That's magnificent. Best of luck with the next 12 sweat-filled weeks. You've only got one year left before you're 30! Use it wisely. :)
Great results James! You can totally see a difference in you body. Your weight loss looks good but more importantly, you have gained muscle mass big time! Keep up the hard work and keep us updated!

I can totally see changes in those pics. Your midsection is flattenning out and your arms are becoming more cut! It's the best gift you could give to yourself, next to the cake and ice cream.
