Abs Diet Challenge: Phase Two

Last week I completed Phase One of Abs Diet Challenge. I have been very pleased with the results of all the hard work I put into the first three months of this program.

Today I'm beginning Phase Two, another three month program. My goal continues to be to drop below 200lbs. This goal will conclude on Friday, August 4th. I look forward to all the possibilities of this new phase. I will try to change up my meals this time around and continue to increase the intensity and variety of my cardio. I will also tinker around with a Fit day account to track my calories for optimum weight loss.

In the next week or so I should be going in for a follow-up blood test and see how the Abs Diet, along with exercise has changed my low cholesterol levels.

Today's Abs Diet Workout:
Warm Up
Interval Training: treadmill 12 min.
Interval Training: elliptical 20 min.
Level 8 - 12, (repeat 2X)
Cool Down

Today's Abs Diet Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, skim milk and a dribble of honey
2. Apple & String Cheese
2. Turkey on Wheat w/ spinach, handful of almonds
4. Grilled Chicken on spinach with some diced tomatos
5. 4 Slices of Ham pizza (Cheat)
