Cardio Quick Start
Finally got into the gym today and started it up! I really pushed myself on the treadmill and elliptical. It felt great to sweat like that at the end. I'm hoping that extra effort today pushed some final weightloss for the last day of my 12 week challenge. I love the progress I'm seeing and love how healthy I feel. Can't wait to begins the next 12 weeks.Today's Abs Diet Workout:
Warm Up
Interval Training: treadmill 12 min.
Interval Training: elliptical 20 min.
Level 8 - 12, (repeat 4X)
Cool Down
Today's Abs Diet Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, skim milk and a dribble of honey
2. Apple & String Cheese
2. Turkey on Wheat w/ spinach, handful of almonds
4. Chicken Pizza w/ green peppers on whole wheat crust
5. TBA
6. Protein Shake w/ 5 powerfoods
