Dragging myself through my workout

I'm really dragging this week, but I won't let anything knock me off my workout schedule. I got myself into the gym again this morning and tried to really push myself with the weights. I need to get much better sleep in the next two nights to make it through the week. I'm already looking forward to the weekend.

Today's Workout:
Warm Up
Total Body Circuit Training, 45 Min.
Abs and stretching, 10 min

Today's Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, skim milk and a dribble of honey
2. Apple & String Cheese
2. Turkey sandwich on wheat w/spinach, cheese, handful of almonds
4. Chicken on wheat tortillas
5. Salmon w/ green beans and mashed potatoes and a glass of wine

I've only skimmed your posts so far, but it seems like your off to a good start. In my experience with working out, the times when getting to the gym becomes more and more burdensome are the times when I'm most likely to give up. So, be careful. Maybe you could mix things up a bit?

I found your blog today after searching the internet for stuff about the Abs Diet. I bought the book a couple of weeks ago, and it seems like pretty sensible plan (I have been a fan of and reading Men's Health for many years). I'll check back in from time to time, so keep it up.

Thanks for posting. Yes, I'm being very mindful of about changing up my routine and keeping it fresh. It's more the fact that I'm pulled in too many directions right now and not getting enough sleep. Otherwise, my workouts seem like a regular part of my life right now and I hate missing a workout.
