Lockeroom Reflections

I was in the lockeroom this morning reflecting over the past 12 weeks and all the things I've learned and all the changes I've made. On my way back to the locker from my shower I saw my actual reflection in the mirror and noticed a much slimmer version of myself. My legs and arms are getting really lean, and my belly has gotten much smaller. It makes me feel great to see these improvements after working so hard and gives me hope to continue on another 12 week program. This 12 week goal ends next Friday on my 29th birthday. I can't wait to get started on the next 12 week program.

My workout this morning went pretty well. I wanted to go a little longer on the elliptical this morning, but my legs were still pretty blasted from my squats. I hope to have time for a walk this afternoon since it's so nice outside.

There is no better feeling than seeing those muscles start to peek out.

Yeah, I'm starting to see veins pop in my arms too. Yuck. : ) It's a good sign of body fat percentage dropping though, so that's cool.
