Taking Shape
I was pretty wiped out from my workout yesterday so I didn't make it into the gym this morning. However, I'm going to hit it up after work before I head out with the guys tonight. My body is really feeling like it's getting into nice shape. Everything continues to tighten up and take shape. I'm pretty thrilled with the results after 12 weeks. I can't imagine where I will be in the next 12 weeks. I can't wait to find out.
Today's Workout:
Warm Up
Interval Training: treadmill 12 min.
Interval Training: elliptical 20 min.
Level 8 - 12, (repeat 2X)
Cool Down
Today's Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, skim milk and a dribble of honey
2. Apple & String Cheese
2. Turkey on Wheat w/ spinach, handful of almonds
4. Chicken Pizza w/ green peppers on whole wheat crust
5. TBA
6. Protein Shake w/ 5 powerfoods

Congrats on your continued success -- I think your goal of a lb. per week for the next 12 weeks is definitely attainable. You've made great progress so far and haven't lost your hallmark optimism, either.
Thanks. My optimism has been shaken a bit from time to time, but perserverence is the only way to go. I'm really excited about how far I've come. Looking back, three months is a relativly short amount of time to make some of these big changes considering some of my family hasn't even seen me in that amount of time. I should blog about that this week.
I'm excited for your new project. I have the advantage of being a few steps behind you and seeing how well you work through your goals. Who knows, in another 12 weeks I may find myself continuing to follow in your foot steps with HGM.
