Weekend Workout
I was really glad to get into the gym this morning. My workout went pretty well. The weather's awesome today so I'm gonna try to get out and do something outside. have a great weekend.
Today's Workout:
Warm Up
Total Body Circuit Training, 45 Min.
Abs and stretching, 10 min
Today's Meals:
1. Oatmeal w/flaxseed, cinnamon, raisins, skim milk and a dribble of honey

3. Salad w/ Grilled Chicken and an apple
4. Raisins and almonds
5. Salmon w/ Roasted Veggies and Rice
